This Privacy Policy explains how Terminal Time handles information when you use the app.
Terminal Time is designed for on-device play and does not require an account.
Terminal Time does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data.
Terminal Time does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
Camera access is used only to scan real-world text for gameplay. Image analysis occurs on-device. Captured camera frames are not uploaded to external servers by Terminal Time.
Gameplay information such as progress, scores, challenges, and profile details is stored locally on your device.
If you delete the app or reset app progress, local data may be removed and may not be recoverable.
Terminal Time is not intended to collect personal information from children.
If you believe personal information was submitted by a child, contact us and we will address the request.
If optional third-party services are added in future app versions (for example analytics, crash reporting, or cloud sync), this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information.
Because Terminal Time currently does not collect personal information, many requests may be satisfied by deleting the app or resetting local app data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by updating the date below.

By downloading or using Terminal Time, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Terminal Time for personal, non-commercial use.
Use the app responsibly and stay aware of your surroundings, announcements, and safety instructions.
Do not use the app in restricted areas, while moving unsafely, or in ways that violate airport, airline, local, state, or federal rules.
Terminal Time is not affiliated with airports, airlines, or airport authorities.
You are responsible for using your device camera lawfully and respectfully, including obtaining any permissions required by venue rules.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, resell, or exploit the app except as permitted by law.
The app, including its software, design, graphics, and text, is owned by Razza Alex Shah and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Features may change, be suspended, or removed at any time without notice.
Terminal Time is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminal Time and Razza Alex Shah are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits arising from app use.
These terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
